We work closely in collaboration with the Client to help define the brief, develop ideas and evolve the project from concept to detailed design. We can prepare construction information and project manage the works through the construction process. We pride ourselves in being ‘hands-on’ and always putting the Client first.
Interior Design
Each project is unique and we really enjoy creating a bespoke interior to meet the individual needs of each space. Our studio works offers a tailored service, working closely with the Client to help define the interior brief and develop the detailed design. We can prepare information ready for construction and manage the works on site to completion.
Sustainability
Trying to reduce the environmental impact of building is embedded in our company ethos. We aim to design responsibly, always respecting the environment. We like to think ‘outside of the box’ for sustainable solutions. Making ‘greener’ decisions, whether small or large, are always positive decisions.
Design Consultation
We believe that every project is ‘one of a kind’. Our design service is always tailored to meet the Client’s individual needs and we are always happy to consult with a Client at any stage of a project. We strive to identify a design’s full potential, for projects of all sizes…nothing is too small or too large.
Local Authority Planning
When a project requires input from a local council, whether it be Pre-Applications, Full Planning Applications and Listed Building Consents, we can prepare the required documents and submit the applications on behalf of the Client. We have experience of submitting applications with authorities across London and the Southwest, for new-build projects, extensions, refurbishments and conservation projects.
Project Management
During the construction stage of a project on site, the building contract between the Client and Contractor / Builder needs to be managed carefully. We are qualified to act as the Lead Consultant, coordinating the design team whilst managing the building contract through the construction phase, taking a project from start to finish on site.
Construction Information
We love to get into the detail in every project. Before a project can start on site, detailed information is needed for costing and then this information is used for building the chosen design on site. As part of our detailed design service, we prepare these detailed packages of Construction Information for both the costing and construction process.
Principal Designer
As an RIBA accredited Principal Designer we offer the service, skills and knowledge to a professional standard.
Space Planning
Creatively re-planning a space can give it a ‘new lease of life’. We are skilled to explore space design for both residential and commercial projects. Whether looking at layout options or exploring more detailed space design, we aim to maximise potential for all projects, whatever their brief and scale.
