For this 1940s semi-detached villa in the East of Bath, the client wanted a reconfiguration of the ground floor to make the space work for their lifestyle. The layout has been opened up to create a flowing open-plan composition of family room, kitchen, dining room and conservatory.

The property is within the Bath Conservation Area so additional consultation was provided along with a planning application, for alterations to the facades and the installation of solar panels.
