We are working on the design for a new-build 4+ bedroom home in a beautiful walled garden near Bude. The beautiful site is in the north of the county, minutes from the stunning Sandymouth and Duckpool Bay beaches.

Construction is now well underway on site. The insulated timber frame structure, including external walls and roof, the floors, and internal walls have gone up in only four weeks….very exciting!

Planning permission was granted in August 2021 for this 200sqm+ home, built using the latest Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs). An off-grid system will use solar panels + an air source heat pump to power the house.

The elevations will be clad in Scottish Larch that will weather beautifully, helping the house settle into the surrounding woods. The carefully planned rooms have been thoughtfully laid out to meet the specific needs of the family, for day-to-day living and home-working. To take advantage of the stunning sea views, a south facing roof terrace has also been incorporated.
