This previously untouched 1930s semi-detached house has been totally refurbished with a new internal layout and interior design. The exterior has been upgraded with new contemporary double-glazing and renovated stonework.

Structural alterations to the ground floor have created an open-plan living area linking living, dining and kitchen spaces. An original bay window has been opened up for new french doors that link the living space to the garden.

Works included the installation of a new designer kitchen, a new shower room, new plumbing, a new heating system and new lighting throughout the house.

A calming palette of materials has created a light and airy environment that glows with daylight and forms a gentle backdrop to colourful fabrics and furniture.
