We have explored the possibility of extending the existing loft space of a London apartment which is set beside a leafy park. The brief is to create a spacious bedroom and bathroom with large openings looking onto a new roof terrace. The simple form is clad in black metal panels, relating to the many black contemporary dormer extensions that can be seem across the neighbourhood.

The design has now been submitted for pre-application planning advice.
