In 2013, Fiona Darey Architecture & Interiors formed in Bath, Somerset. This creative design studio provides a high end service for projects of all sizes and budgets. FDA&I offers professional services in architecture, interior design, space planning, local authority planning, building contract administration and design consultation.

The objective of FDA&I is to provide a beautiful solution to meet the Client’s needs, along with a sensitivity and understanding to a project’s context and function. FDA&I believes that good design must contain clarity, an understanding of space, attention to detail, a thoughtful palette of materials and an environmental awareness.

Running alongside all of these elements must be an understanding of a project’s budget and cost planning.

FDA&I will guide the Client through the RIBA stages of a project, including:

  • Development of the brief.
  • Development of the ideas through concept design, detailed design and technical information.
  • Administration of the building contract during the construction works on site.
  • Project planning as the Lead Consultant.
  • Carrying out duties as the Principal Designer.

Our aim is to support the Client throughout the process of making an idea into a reality.

Although FDA&I is based in Bath, we enjoy working on projects throughout the UK.
